If you've answered yes to both questions then this role with a growing property development / rental business leading, initially, a site in South Manchester could well be the role for you! Please note that we are looking for somebody for a Janaury 2025 start.

The Role

As a Site Manager, you'll be responsible for residential property development projects (both renovations and new builds) - these projects may vary from an extension on a terraced house through to the conversion of nursing homes into apartments through to multi million pound "Grand Designs" style homes. You'll be responsible for ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget and to expected quality levels by working with the Project Manager, a team of trades professionals and suppliers. Other key responsibilities will include ensuring site safety, maintaining quality control and preventing problems before they happen!

To succeed in this role it's imperative that you have strong leadership skills that have been gained on a residential building site, have a full driving licence and access to a car. In addition, you'll need to be organised and will thrive within a business where priorities are often changing.
