Key Accountabilities

Maximize client profitability through collaboration on UK ocean products and multi-channel offerings.

Build global partnerships and provide performance reports to the UK Board.

Strong leadership and team management.

Expertise in financial management and reporting.

Strategic, hands-on approach to problem-solving.

In-depth knowledge of international and domestic freight operations.

Proficient in CRM tools, especially Salesforce.

Excellent cross-cultural communication skills.

At least 5 years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a senior sales role.

Proven success in driving growth within Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain.

Experience in business strategy, financial management, and operations.

Preferred: Industry certifications or relevant degrees.

Strong understanding of operational responsibilities, including OH&S compliance.
