TeacherActive are recruiting for experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants across Primary Schools in Greater Manchester.
This role involves group work, interventions and one to one work, with the added responsibility of covering class teaching during Teacher's Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) times.You must therefore be able to confidently manage whole class behaviour, and successfully lead a class to success, following a plan. Ability to plan and deliver your own lessons would be an additional strength.
We are keen to accept applications from experienced Teaching Assistants with a Level 3 Support Work in Schools or HLTA qualification, who are looking to progress in their careers, as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop their confidence. It is essential that you already have at least two terms of experience of working in a UK school to be considered for this role.
