Progress Chaser / Team Leader

Igloo is recruiting for 3 progress chasers / team leaders based in Wyton, the successful candidates will be responsible for organising vehicles and ensuring onsite contractors have the correct vehicles to work on and that deadlines are met.

The Role:

The progress chasers / team leaders play a key role within the efficient running of the workshops and will be responsible for, but not limited to, the below tasks:

  • Printing job cards, assigning and putting them in the vehicles.
  • Dealing with any queries regarding work to be completed on the job cards.
  • Ensure the workshops and compounds are kept tidy.
  • You will be liaising with relevant departments to ensure work is being quality checked efficiently as well as requesting more work when required.
  • Requesting Inspection of vehicles requiring additional repair hours to what is shown on the original estimate.
