A Teacher of Design Technology, Food Technology and Textiles is required for a lovely secondary school in the Yarm area of Stockton. The successful candidate will deliver the subjects of Design Technology, Food Technology and Textiles across KS3 and KS4. This is a full time role will begin 10th March 2025 until December 2025 to cover a maternity leave. The school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.
The ideal eacher of Design Technology, Food Technology and Textiles candidate would:
- Have good classroom management skills
- Have a passion for working as a Teacher of Design Technology, Food Technology and Textiles
- Have excellent subject knowledge
- Be able to organise themselves
- Be able to plan effective, engaging Design Technology, Food Technology and Textiles lessons across KS3 and KS4
We are keen to hear from both experienced teachers or ECTs.
