Our Client:Nigel Wright are pleased to be supporting a successful manufacturing business in recruiting a brand new role of Quality Inspector specifically for Goods In, to join their expanding team.  The business is going through an exiting period of growth, and as such you will play an integral part in supporting the Quality and Engineering team, and ultimately the ongoing success of the business.This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join a progressive business offering fantastic internal prospects to progress a career in a manufacturing environment and an expanding business.The opportunity:The Quality Inspector will form part of the Quality and Engineering team and will report directly to the Engineering Manager. Initial focus will be to set up an effective goods inwards inspection process including the creation of SOP's, from there to maintain the ongoing management and improvements to that process.  Due to the technical nature of the product it is imperative that the incoming materials sent to the shop floor are of the highest standard. Competitive salary with some great benefits and flexible hours.  This organisation is very pro-active in their investment in people and there will be some fantastic opportunities to gain further qualifications to support your personal and professional development. About you:You will have experience in a quality-based role within manufacturing.Due to the technical nature of the product you will be capable of reading and interpreting 2D drawings, and will have experience in the use of Vernier calipers. You will be willing to learn, along with positive attitude and great teamwork.Strong communication skills, organised and highly motivated.
