What is the role?

 

As a Project Engineer within our ranks, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping the landscape of the gas sector while advancing your own professional journey.

 

Responsibilities

 

- Take ownership and manage the technical aspects of one or more projects

- Ensure robust project lifecycle plans and quality plans

- Ensure all project deliverables are produced on time and up to the required standards

- Capture and monitor project risks, issues and lessons learned

- Lead site works including management, implementation and commissioning as required

- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, applying them judiciously to amplify project efficiency and efficacy.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, nurturing their growth as future sustainability leaders.

 

Requirements

 

- Minimum of HND/Degree in an Engineering discipline or significant industry experience

- Strong engineering design background in a relevant discipline

- Clear understanding of safe working practices in and around ATEX environments (Desirable)

- Astute analytical and problem-solving expertise with meticulous attention to detail

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally

- Robust Commercial and Business acumen.

- Detailed understanding of the FAT and SAT process to ensure design compliance and customer acceptance

- Exceptional communication aptitude for effective collaboration across multidiscipline teams and for presenting intricate technical insights.

- Agility in adapting to evolving project requisites and performing well under pressure.

Benefits Pay

 

The salary banding for this role is £35,000 to £54,000 and is based on an applicant's Skills, Training and Competence.
