Site Supervisor

Location: Staffordshire based workshop (10%) and client sites across the UK (90%)

Salary: starting from £47,840 (grade 1) - £50,960 (grade 3) + 15% site uplift + overtime

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 2pm. (40 hours per week with potential to work up to 50 hours per week with overtime)

As a Site Supervisor within our clients Staffordshire-based workshop, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping the landscape of the gas sector while advancing your own professional journey. Be part of the companies extensive growth plans providing stability and a bright future.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Ensuring the site installation programme has been fully reviewed and budgets agreed prior to commencement

- Ensuring daily reports are carried out to the site coordinator

- Creating and maintaining the site project job file

- Managing the delivery of the site installation project activities

- Ensuring the site is kept safe, tidy and hygienic

- Coordinating and addressing issues, challenges and risks

- Establishing a strong working relationship with the client's supervisor

- Collating NCR data

- Compiling material returns reporting, organising material for controlled return to central store

- Conducting and supporting stage and final inspection checks

- Conducting and supporting site survey activities

- Maintaining site stakeholder weekly reports

 

Essential Skills

- Experience in electrical installations

- Compex 01-04 (desirable)

- SSSTS or SMSTS

- NEBOSH and IOSH

- 18th edition and 2391 Inspection & Testing.

- Full, Clean Driving license

- Experience within the Oil & Gas industry.

- Happy to travel 75% of your time to client sites across the UK.

 

Salary

 

The salary banding for this role is between £47,840 (grade 1), £49,400 (grade 2) and £50,960 (grade 3). This is based on skills, training and competence. Actual earnings could be up to £70,000 per annum including overtime and 15% uplift for on site work when you are staying away overnight Monday - Thursday.
