Are you an Engineer from an Electrical or Refrigeration background looking for an office based role, with specialist training allowing clear progression into a senior position for a global company where you will become the go-to technical specialist?

In this office based role you will be working in a close-knit and collaborative team to ensure the smooth running of the UK head office of a busy manufacturer. You will be involved in organisation and selecting of spare parts, handling technicians calls and queries, and liaising with the European head office. Full product training will be given allowing you to move into a senior, technical role in the future.

This company manufacture, service, and maintain a range of commercial catering equipment and are a subsidiary of a global conglomerate which operate in almost every continent. They pride themselves on extremely high staff retention due to valuing their employees and continuously developing them.

This role would suit an Engineer who has knowledge of electrical or refrigeration looking for a role which is fully office based that they can truly mould into their own, progressing their career as the leading technical engineer in the country.

The Role:

• Handling technical queries over the phone to assist engineers
• Organising and selecting spare parts for specialist equipment
• Liaising with Sales, Engineering, Customer Service and the European Head Office
• Further technical training allowing progression into a senior role
• Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm, finish at 4pm on Friday
