Your job:

In this role the Regional Internal Sales will often be the first point of contact the customer has.

Duties involve:

  • Delivering excellent customer service and communication
  • Providing customers with product and service information
  • Processing enquiries and orders accurately and within the time dedicated by the customer deadline
  • Proactive promotional calling to customers and prospects is required to maximise the growth of the region. This part is not cold calling. It is to be existing upsell / cross sell to maximise the potential of the client.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • A salesperson who is able to demonstrate a proven sales record
  • Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic and professional telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work using your own initiative within a demanding target driven environment.
  • Good knowledge of computer programmes
