Operations Administrator - Yate, Bristol
22-25k depending on experience
My client is an established but expanding courier business based in London with an additional six offices in the UK.
They have a vacancy in their Bristol Branch and are looking for a reliable and self motivated candidate, willing to learn and work as part of our team. The Company is known for their excellent and flexible all round service offered to customers and the operations team is key to this service. The successful candidate would be fully trained in all aspects of courier work. They would learn how to use the operating system, take calls from customers, ensure paperwork is complete, arrange routes and deliveries and above all give customer service. They would liaise with the drivers, make sales calls, deal with customer queries, liaise with their suppliers and provide support for the sales team.
Uncapped commission earnings for new business obtained (sales experience ideal but not necessary if hungry to learn and achieve)
