We have experienced significant growth in 2024 and as such, are now recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

The role is based in Yateley, Hampshire and we have flexibility for a full or part-time hire.

Main responsibilities:

Supporting Consultants with hiring as requested
Resourcing new candidates
Building talent pools
Adding candidates to the CRM
Ensuring candidate compliance is adhered to
Supporting with candidates applications
Writing job adverts
Posting job adverts and managing job boards effectively
Screening and shortlisting candidates
Arranging interviews
