We are a worldwide solution provider and have been established for over 35 years. We have four offices nationally with our Head office in Yateley, Hampshire. We have an immediate temporary requirement at our head office for an Administrator within our Accounts team, with the focus of the role initially to chase debtors and provide general admin support to the Accounts department.

To be suitable for the role you should be available to start asap or within the next week and have previous office admin experience with some accounts or finance related experience being an advantage but not essential. We will also consider a gap year student or University graduate seeking to gain office experience.

This is a full-time position working Mon to Fri offering weekly pay plus holiday accrual, free onsite parking and the chance to start work asap whilst we recruit for the position on a permanent basis. Should the role interest you long term then we will encourage the temporary worker to apply for the permanent position.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to take an active part in the day to day running of the office, with particular emphasis on the accounting aspects ensuring all information is accessible to the necessary people. The permanent duties of the role are below but initially the temporary cover will focus on the aged debtors and general office admin support.

  • To generate sales invoices
  • Managing company debtors
  • Monitoring account status
  • Document control
  • Assisting with other areas of accounts when required

Additional Responsibilities - primarily undertaken during colleague’s annual leave:

  • Visitors – Make sure that they sign in and have a Visitors pass and drink
  • Preparing lunches for clients
  • Taking post
  • General Administration Filing- Duties including scanning, filing and post
  • Answering phones and door, take messages where necessary

Full and comprehensive training will be provided; however, applicants should possess the following:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as minimum
  • Have a fastidious attention to detail
  • Genuine interest to develop organisational skills

Any accounts or finance related experience is an advantage but we will consider applications from general office administrators with an eye for detail and good head for figures or recent graduates seeking temporary work.

In return we can offer weekly pay in the run up to Christmas and free on site parking.
