Programme Manager

The successful Programme Manager will be responsible for the management & leadership of the Engineering and defence-based programmes.

• In-depth understanding of programme management methods and principles.
• Programme Management and delivery of complex high value defence programmes. (5 Years minimum)
• Deliver programmes on time, on budget and to specification ensuring programmes are correctly planned, resourced and executed.
• Ensure that comprehensive plans, reviewed project specifications and designs are produced that identify and document the functional requirements and performance characteristics of the system.
• Establish NRE estimations, monitoring costs against the project plan and raising any deviations with Senior Management.
• Creating and managing a programme budget.
• Management and communication of programme risk.

To be successful in this role of Programme Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

• Working knowledge of the product design & development, manufacturing and lifecycle processes

• BSc/BEng or equivalent in Engineering or similar discipline (minimum 2:1)
  Association of Project Management Qualification (APM) or similar project management certification.
• The role requires a UK passport holder (not dual) and capable of gaining National Security Vetting - SC clearance. Proof of residency in UK for last 5 years.
