Our client is looking for a sales negotiator to join their growing team in Hampshire. The ideal candidate for this position will have minimum of 12 months experience in the industry and will have a great attitude towards targets, producing results and delivering great customer service.

As a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:

  • Handling all enquiries.
  • Negotiating sales from offer to completion.
  • Marketing and general office duties.
  • Conducting viewings.
  • General administration.
  • Generating Market Appraisals.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills are paramount as our client prides themselves on exceptional service.
  • Fundamentally this is sales job, so having a persuasive but polite nature is an advantage.
  • Passionate about property.
  • You should be confident and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well on your own initiative.
  • Tenacious and target driven.
  • Customer service orientated.

Basic salary £20,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience and an opportunity to earn £30,000+
