Vacancy: RESIDENTIAL SALES NEGOTIATOR– Residential Estate Agency

Location: Yateley, GU46

Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A fantastic opportunity for a determined, enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join a successful independent Estate Agency based in the Yateley area.

The company can be flexible about the level of candidate that they are seeking, but ideally and as a minimum, the candidate will have some previous experience in Estate Agency, be driven, self-motivated and have a proven track record in negotiating deals and spotting sales opportunities.

You will have a genuine passion for property and have a natural flare at building long standing relationships with clients.

You will be smart, well-spoken, highly articulate and have your own car. Local knowledge would be helpful.

The Company: Our client is a strong local independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent local reputation and several local offices in and around the Yateley area.

Skills required for this Sales Negotiator rolewill include:

  • Previous residential sales experience
  • Articulate, well-spoken and with excellent inter-personal skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Great telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Yateley and surrounding area helpful
  • Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
