Team Leader / Production supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader / Production Supervisor, who will ensure tasks and duties are completed efficiently and correctly as well over see , support and motivate a team.

Previous production / manufacturing experience would be an advantage, although not essential asfull training will be provided. However, candidates must be reliable, self-motivated, conscientious and take pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure tasks and duties are completed efficiently and correctly.
• Monitor employee performance and reports
• Prepare and submit shift reports
• Managing and organising work load and duties
• Induct, train and motivate new employees
• Material checks to ensure the right equipment and products are used.
• Prepare and schedule work plans

• Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative

• Good communication skills both verbal and written
