About the Role:

As a Residential Support Worker, you'll help create a safe, nurturing environment for children and young people to grow and thrive. Your primary focus will be on their well being, providing personalised care, guidance, and advocacy, ensuring they are safe, healthy, and can reach their full potential.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is resilient, positive, and adaptable. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Experience in leading shifts in a care setting.
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or a recognised equivalent).
  • Training and experience in safeguarding.
  • An innovative, creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in developing tailored care plans.
  • The ability to create a safe, engaging environment for both staff and children.
