Location: Peterborough
Salary: £30,000 basic + excellent commission structure!
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00 – 17:00

What you need to be successful as a Branch Manager:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Thorough understanding of the recruitment industry.
  • Strong negotiating and selling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to create a culture of high performance, showcase motivational and inspirational leadership traits.
  • Understands the financial data required for the running of a financially profitable branch (budget, margin and costs).
  • You need to be able to drive and have access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead from the front and promote positive behaviours, treating the team, clients and candidates with respect.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospect clients.
  • To ensure that all consultants are following a client development plan, selling into new businesses and promoting all of our services across the sectors. To also maximise on market share with current clients and have an understanding and appreciation of their business needs.
  • Coaches and mentors the team to maximise their potential and acts as a positive role model in all aspects of the job. Develops a strong work ethic within the team members.
