Marketing Manager

My client based in Peterborough are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis, reporting to the Head of Marketing this will be a full office based position offering a salary of £30-35,000 depending on your experience. We are looking for a savvy marketing manager who is creative, data driven and loves a challenge!

Your Responsibilities:

· Keep the brand strategy game strong with your continuous planning and development skills.

· You will be in charge of the companies marketing and strategy, making sure they are improving day by day.

· Dive into marketing communications and activities, making the brand shine.

· Come up with ideas for brand development to help improve market competitiveness.

· Paid advertising, email marketing, and social media strategy.

· Market researching projects to stay on top of customer trends and predict the next big thing.

· Plan the content calendar for the blog, social media, and CRM activities.

· Keep management in the loop with your communication skills about strategy and activity results.

What we would like to see from you:



· 3-4 years experience in a similar role

· Self-motivation and enjoyment in building relationships

· Showcasing your skills in growing brands and handling multiple projects.

· Proven skills in brand marketing, market and competitive analysis, customer insights, and project planning

· Attention to detail, amazing communication, and organizational skills

· Problem-solving and decision making

· You're always there to support the team.
