My client are a high end residential developer who are currently looking for a regional sales consultant to work across new build developments in Essex, Cambridgeshire & Suffolk
This is the ideal role for someone with Estate Agency experience who is looking to get into the New Homes industry. It will give you a good insight into the role & will also give you the opportunity to work on all sites & learn from Sales Negotiators within the region
Day to day duties:
- Dealing with enquiry's
- Conducting viewings & showing customers around the show home & site
- Ensuring good upkeep of the sales & marketing suite
- Sales Progression
- Liaising with the Marketing Team
