gap healthcare is looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant for our Peterborough office. You will be working alongside a team of professionals specialised in Health and Social Care Temporary and Permanent Recruitment.

What you need in order to be successful as a Recruitment Consultant:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Thorough understanding of the recruitment industry
- Ideally experience in recruitment for Health and Social Care
- Strong negotiating and selling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You need to be able to drive and have access to own car
Responsibilities:
- Actively source and qualify candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospect clients
- Looking after a temp desk and managing the client’s needs and expectations
- Supporting the team with payroll and on call duties on a rotating schedule
