This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a varied client base and is keen to build their experience and develop within a forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Assisting with client queries and delivering excellent client service
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc accounting tasks
- Liaising with HMRC and third parties as needed
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
Skills & Experience:
- AAT qualified or currently studying towards ACCA/ACA (QBE also considered)
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a UK Practice environment
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
