Accounts Senior - YeovilSalary: £34,000 - £42,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, delivering high-quality accounts and tax services, and taking on greater responsibility within a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing year-end statutory accounts for a range of clients
  • Preparing management accounts and VAT returns
  • Assisting with corporate and personal tax compliance
  • Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and assisting with their development
  • Liaising directly with clients and maintaining strong relationships
  • Ensuring work is completed within deadlines and to a high standard

Skills & Experience:

  • ACA/ACCA Qualified or Part Qualified (Qualified by experience also considered)
  • Three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage workload and work to deadlines
  • Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Office
