EA 12-month FTC£30,000-£35,000YeovilOur client is a world-leading manufacturing company looking for someone to join the firm as an EA, to provide executive support to the Sales Director and the wider team. This is a role that will suit someone who has a proven track record in previous Personal/Executive Assistant roles.  THE ROLE:
  • Manage the Sales Director's diary, meetings, travel, and emails, ensuring all tasks are prioritised and completed.
  • Create and manage business documents, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, while meeting deadlines.
  • Serve as the main contact for the Marketing agency, handle credit card statements, and support Salesforce records.
  • Compile and distribute monthly meeting information, draft team communications, and handle confidential data with care.
  • Assist with HR tasks during peak periods and provide support to junior staff.
