Reed Recruitment are representing a client who is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy and friendly Service team at a well-established dealership in Yeovil. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in administrative and customer service roles.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Making and receiving calls to service customers.
  • Liaising with Service Advisors regarding customer bookings and appointments.
  • Undertaking administrative duties for the department, including updating records, processing paperwork, and filing using in-house systems.
  • Ensuring efficient and accurate data entry and record keeping.
  • Working collaboratively within the team to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous administration and customer service experience is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
