Pay - We can pay CIS for the first 12-weeks, but once on the books, you can negotiate salary. Normally, the client offers 16-17 / hour on the books
Company - Property Maintenance company based in the South-West
Resourcing Group is currently working with a key property services company in the South-West, and they have won a massive bathroom fitting contract with a Housing Association commencing in April. They have Voids that you can start on before then that they can appoint as soon as possible, so there is work immediately available. They are looking for several strong bathroom fitters to complete the whole package from rip out, floor laying, plumbing, and carpentry works. Responsibilities include Wet room / bathroom installations and general maintenance/refurbishment works.
The successful candidates must have a full UK driving license, be able to pass a DBS check, proven work experience working as a bathroom fitter, or fitting bathrooms as a plumber or multi-trader, and must feel confident to fit a bathroom from start to finish.
