Reed Accountancy are excited to be working with a Yeovil based company in their search for an Accounts Administrator to join their team. This role involves managing financial records, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial data. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for finance management.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Maintain and update financial records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Process invoices, payments, and transactions with attention to detail.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget forecasts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and effective communication.
  • Handle queries related to finance from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the finance team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with financial software.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
