Hybrid Working: 3 day in Office, 2 days at home

Job Purpose / Overview
Join a team of Program Control Specialists that provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for Honeywell. You will partner with an Integrated Program Team (IPT), assisting them in developing program plans, Work-Breakdown-Structure (WBS), and analysing data to help make informed and strategic decisions, using data and reports. You will gain insights and experience with other Program Control Specialist responsibilities such as assigning resources/budgets to work scope and earned value methods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Measure program performance
* Prepare and publish metrics and reports
* Maintain and track milestones
* Track budget and program financial data
* Analyze cost schedule integration
* Recommend corrective actions
* Improve processes
To succeed you will need
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics
* Proficient Microsoft Office package skills e.g. Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc
* 1+ years of Project/Business Management experience
Desirable
* Experience as a Business Analyst, including the use of Earned Value Management
* Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
* User experience of SAP system
* Experience in financial data compilation, analysis and metrics management
* Microsoft Project Experience
