You'll also work closely with depot managers and customer care account managers to ensure the best possible customer experience.This role would suit an experienced Business Development Manager with experience in the recycling or waste management sector, looking to further their career in a growing family-run company that values integrity, long-term relationships, and sustainability.The Role:

  • Handling customer enquiries, performing waste audits, and delivering tailored quotations
  • Managing the sales pipeline, generating leads, and updating monthly conversion reports
  • Collaborating with the commercial team and depot managers to secure new business
  • Monday to Friday - Hybrid working
  • Site and Client Visits
