Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to support our growth ambitions. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, and play a significant part in shaping our business strategy. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in business development, with a strong background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, particularly in implementing or developing in-house solutions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with growth strategies.
  • Build and sustain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Assist with in-house CRM development or work with external CRM providers.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and support client acquisition.
  • Present proposals to potential clients, highlighting the company's offerings.
  • Track and report on business development activities to ensure targets are met.
  • Negotiate and finalise deals to achieve sales goals.

Experience

Person Specification

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development
  • Experience running a full sales cycle
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM's
  • Lead generation
  • Presentation skills
  • Experience working in a legal environment is desired but not essential
