Our client, based in Yeovil (BA20), are seeking aTooling Governance/Procurement Assistant.This is a full-time temporary position working 37 hours per week until May 2026 with the likelihood of extension.

This position would be well suited to a strong Administrator with excellent IT skills and attention to detail. Training in use of SAP and the processes is provided.

What you will do:
  • To provide support to the Tooling Procurement Process.
  • Generation of SAP records.
  • To provide support in the Governance of all Component Supplier related Tooling ensuring support to Procurement.
  • Support the Supplier Qualification/Capability Matrix including DSA & Quality reporting.
  • Support the Disposal Program, Support Internal Tooling Audits across Build Lines & Stores.
  • Support the Maintenance of the DI's & Processes.
  • Support the MSM & Goods Receipting Process.
What you need:
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Data analysing skills.
  • Negotiating Skills/Techniques.
  • Effective problem solving skills/techniques.
  • Good Inter-personal & communication skills.
  • Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial.
