Our Client in Yeovil is seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator for a temporary position.
The role requires 2 years of experience and an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting and Decorating.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30.
The pay rate for this position is £32,000 per annum.
Responsibilities include delivering high-quality maintenance work on domestic and untenanted properties.

Our Client in Yeovil are looking to add an experienced Painter and Decorator to their team on a temporary basis. You will be based in the Yeovil area working as part of our client's property maintenance teams.The Working Hours will be:Monday - Friday08:00-16:30The Pay Rate will be:£32,000 per annum Responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for general painting and decorating maintenance and improvements to domestic and untenanted properties.
Working with bathroom, kitchen and other required areas to deliver high quality work exceeding minimum industry standard quality.
Delivering the highest quality maintenance painting and decorating work.
Pre inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements.
Ensure that repairs and maintenance improvement works are undertaken in a considerate manner within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs.

Candidate Requirements:

Attainment of an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting and Decorating.
2 years' Experience
Full UK Driving License
