We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join a vibrant team in Yeovil. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to their valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in representing their brand and maintaining their reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to the service department.
Auditing and maintaining files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Scheduling and booking services for customers.
Processing orders and invoicing accurately and efficiently.
Delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or automotive.
Strong administrative skills and a proactive nature.
Valid driver's licence.
