Service Advisor

Pro Class Recruitment currently have a Service Advisor vacancy with a well established reputable main dealership based in Yeovil.

This role entails booking light vehicles in for servicing and repairs. Arranging customer pick ups and updating customers on their vehicles progress and also providing excellent customer service for any queeries they have as well as upselling products and service plans to customers.

The Role Offers:

Salary of 26,000 - 28,000 basic - dependant on experience

Requirements:

- Previous Motor Trade / Automotive Experience is essential for this role

- Good customer service skills (Face to Face, Email and Telephone)

- Good Organisation Skills

- IT Literate

- Ability to sale, drive to reach targets.
