Electrician

Setsquare is currently seeking skilled electricians with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and will be based in Yeovil. Our company is a reputable construction firm, and we offer a competitive hourly rate of 25ph.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an electrician

- Fluent in English

- Based in Yeovil or willing to relocate

- Must have a valid ECS card

- Own tools and PPE are essential

Responsibilities:

- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in accordance with local building codes

- Inspecting electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers

- Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues

- Reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics

- Collaborating with construction teams to ensure electrical systems are installed correctly

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience as an electrician

- Valid ECS card

- Fluent in English

- Knowledge of local and national electrical codes

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
