Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Team Leader to join their client's team, based in either Willand or Truro. As a team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Insurance Advisors who work in the field. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of business strategy, brand, objectives, and priorities, as well as exceptional skills in sales, negotiation, organisation, and planning.

In this role, you will use your excellent mentoring and coaching skills to support and develop your team. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring targets, providing feedback and support to team members, and motivating them to achieve their full potential. You will also play a crucial role in driving the team towards achieving business objectives and priorities, while ensuring that the brand standards are maintained.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record as a successful team leader, preferably in the insurance industry. You must have a strong understanding of business strategy and be able to align your team's efforts with the company's overall objectives. Your sales and negotiation skills must be top-notch, as you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring that targets are met. Additionally, you must possess excellent organisational and planning skills to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of your team.
