About the client
Spaghetti Bridge is an organisation built around a collection of schools that support young people with a range of needs, who have significant barriers to learning, whatever their readiness to trust and engage. Spaghetti Bridge curriculum allows young people to develop a culture of success from the outset. Central to the approach, is offering students the opportunity to redefine what school means to them. Offering them an environment that looks warm, inviting, safe and that looks wholly different to traditional schools that they may have attended before, allowing them to truly experience a 'fresh start.’
The role
The Tax Manager will manage all tax compliance and planning activities in-house, working closely with the finance team and external advisors. This is a new position, created to streamline the organisation's tax processes and reduce reliance on external tax consultants.
