We are working with a high-end wealth management firm based in Somerset, who deal with HNW/UHNW families across the southwest and London. They are keen to appoint a Chartered Financial Planner, with the potential to move into a Director level appointment in the near future. The role is to take over a well-established book of clients from a retiring partner as well as continuing to develop new relationships.  The firm generates a high number of leads, but the team have a growth mindset and therefore there is an expectation for planers to attend networking events and build professional network to self- generate commercially viable clients. They offer full admin and paraplanning support.  Responsibilities :  
  • Develop comprehensive financial plans for clients, considering their short-term and long-term goals, investment strategies, and risk tolerance.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify opportunities for growth, diversification, and risk management.
  • Actively communicate with clients to provide updates on their financial portfolios, address any concerns, and offer proactive recommendations.
  • Support the Financial Planner Director and Financial Planner Partner in business development initiatives, including client referrals, networking activities, and participation in marketing efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing client relationships and contribute to the acquisition of new clients through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities and enhance client service offerings.
