- Proven experience in casework or similar roles within the criminal justice sector
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to criminal justice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse communities.
- Ability to manage complex caseloads while maintaining high standards of support and care.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in criminal justice, social work, or a related field
- Certifications in casework management or similar areas would be advantageous.
