Location: Yeovil, SomersetHours: 37 hours per week   Pay: £26,300 P/A Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established organisation who have sites across the UK. Due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit a Coordinator to join the organisation immediately.   As an Coordinator you will work as part of a specialist department to assist the team, acting as a key point of contact.  As a Coordinator you will be responsible for:
  • To support a team with all general administrative tasks.
  • Leading performance reviews for a specialist team. 
  • Handle compliance documentation. 
  • Diary management duties and coordinating appointments. 
  • Raising purchase orders and handling invoicing. 
  • Liaise frequently with the Group Board to provide progress updates.
  • Maintain records and updating accordingly. 
The ideal Coordinator will have/be:
  • Experience of providing administrative support in a diverse setting.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Previous knowledge of housing maintenance is desired. 
  • Demonstrates competence in the use of a wide range of I.T. based systems but particularly Microsoft suite of applications, including Word and Excel.  
  • Demonstrates high standards of customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills when liaising with internal/external departments, customers and third parties.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A team player that can prioritise workloads and adapt between tasks.
