HS&E Advisor Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced HS&E Advisor for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will focus on developing and implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental programmes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe working environment. This role is crucial in fostering a safety-first culture within the Aerospace business unit.
HS&E Advisor Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HS&E strategies and safety programmes.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
- Deliver safety training programmes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental processes.
- Strong knowledge of HS&E regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications: IOSH or NEBOSH.
- Experience in a manufacturing or related environment is preferred.
- Full BPSS screening is required (including proof of legal right to work, criminal records check, and drug screening).
- Compliance with Export Control Licences and Technical Assistance Agreements is essential.
