About the Role:
My client is seeking a skilled and experienced MOT Tester to join their busy garage in Yeovil. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out MOT tests on a variety of vehicles, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough MOT tests on vehicles, identifying and reporting any defects.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle faults as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all tests and repairs.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Essential Requirements:
- Level 4, 5 & 7 MOT Licence
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle mechanics and electrical systems
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Experience working in a fast-paced garage environment
