JOB TITLE: Multi Skilled Operative - Plumbing essentialLOCATION: YeovilSALARY: Up to £36,691 DOE + van + benefitsDURATION: 12 week Temporary to go to PermThe Employer:We are looking to fill the role of a Multi Skilled Operative - Plumbing essential within a housing environment, Our client is ambitious and have a massive 5 year plan which we are seeking an MSO to assist with, their main aim is to create a sustainable future for social housing, building new homes and investing in existing ones creating vibrant, thriving communities.The Role:

Fault fixing, maintenance and repair to customer properties
Assess and carry out works needed for tenants
Undertaking customer service issues
Using a laptop to record repairs and organise workload

The Candidate needs:

Experience in a similar role or trade background, preferably with experience of Carpentry, Plumbing, Masonry/Plastering and General Maintenance.
An understanding of customer needs and ability to think quickly when needed
To behave in a courteous and professional manner
To be able to prioritise conflicting demands
Great communication skills
The ability to maintain accurate records of information
Basic IT skills
A clean Driving Licence
