Location: Yeovil, Somerset
Salary: Circa £30,000 PA

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive diary management, including arranging meetings and travel.
- Inbox management, drafting emails, and correspondence.
- Managing tasks and daily duties on behalf of the Sales Director.
- Creating business documentation such as reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Acting as a central point of contact for the Marketing agency.
- Assisting with the creation of the monthly newsletter.
- Handling credit card statements and receipts.
- Supporting holiday requests and updating sickness records.
- Collating information for senior leadership and sales meetings.
- Drafting and circulating team communications.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assisting the HR Manager during peak periods.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven track record in a Personal / Executive Assistant role, ideally supporting a Sales Director.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for exceptional customer service.
- Personable, supportive, and a team player with great interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and flexible with a 'can-do' attitude.
