Join my client as a Franchise Parts Advisor, in Yeovil Somerset. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing parts orders and inventory. Your role will involve utilising our Kerridge or similar Dealer Management System (DMS) to process customer requests, maintain accurate stock levels, and contribute to the overall success of the parts department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Efficiently processing parts orders using our Kerridge or similar DMS system.
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and managing inventory.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Contributing to the overall success of the parts department.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a parts advisor role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using DMS systems, preferably Kerridge.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • Saturdays on a rota basis (overtime paid)
