Spares Coordinator

CNC Recruitment are seeking a dynamic Spares Coordinator to join our client's team in Yeovil - a well respected engineering company in the Southwest area.

The Spares Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating spare parts to support customers’ engineering machinery in the field. This role involves processing purchase orders, performing various administrative tasks, and utilizing software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and specialized company software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage spare parts to ensure timely support for customers' engineering machines
• Process purchase orders efficiently and accurately
• Handle administrative duties related to spare parts management
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and bespoke software to perform day-to-day tasks

Required Skills and Experience:

• Background and work experience in production engineering
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and industry-specific software
• Interest in and knowledge of engineering
