Excellent opportunity working for one of the UK’s fastest growing retail and e-commerce business’s. Reporting to the Head of Digital Trading & Optimisation you will have merchandising ownership to continuously optimise the Web and App journey to grow conversion and AOV.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Digital Trading and product content teams to ensure that product setup, attribution, images, product copy, product locations, delivery information, and stock status meet customer expectations.
  • Play a key role in curating an engaging and seamless digital experience for their customers, implementing visual merchandising strategies that enhance the overall engagement.
  • Partner with the Digital Trading, Campaign and Content teams to ensure that all online product and range updates are not only on time but also accompanied by the right supporting content

Key Skills & Experience required:

  • Strong retail and consumer focused digital merchandising background
  • Ideally the successful candidate will be highly data focused
  • Experience of Content Square
  • Experience of systems such as Algolia, Bloomreach or Constructor would be advantageous
  • Previous experience of managing a team
  • Strong commercial acumen
