Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Fleet Operational Support Officer in Yeovil. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours. This client can also offer hybrid working.

The job:

  • This role is to cover all aspects of workshop administration, this includes raising job cards, PO's, processing invoices, liaising with service areas, external suppliers, booking MOT's, ensuing compliance at all times
  • Provide information to managers and colleagues on the operation of specialist systems and procedures
  • Provide business support functions to the Fleet Management team to support meetings and investigations with a minute taker
  • Act as lead case owner in one or more areas of specialism, personally owning the resolution of more complex activities, projects and work streams

The candidate:

  • Educated to A level standard or similar
  • Level 4 Administration or finance related qualification is desirable
  • Experience working in a fleet or workshop office desirable
