Artorius Faber is a dynamic and growing company specializing in natural stone. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop by managing paperwork, stock control, data capture, and monitoring project performance to help us maintain our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including reporting and data entry.
  • Oversee stock control, including monitoring inventory levels and tracking usage.
  • Track production progress and assist in coordinating workflow.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to production, safety, and compliance.

About You:

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, ideally within a workshop or manufacturing setting.
